Amverico S.A. ("Amverico", "we") respects the privacy of users of amverico.com. This Policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data received through the site, in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its implementing regulations.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter form (name and email address). In addition, through technical and analytical cookies we may receive browsing data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site, always conditional on your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to (i) send you communications about real estate crowdlending opportunities, updates and editorial content from Amverico; (ii) improve the site experience; (iii) comply with legal obligations and respond to requests from Argentine competent authorities.
4. Legal basis
The main legal basis is your free, express and informed consent (art. 5 of Law 25,326), granted when completing the form. You can withdraw it at any time, with no retroactive effect.
5. Retention
We keep the data as long as your subscription remains active or during the period necessary to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations in force in Argentina.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. We may use email, analytics and hosting service providers that act as data processors, always under contracts guaranteeing an adequate level of protection.
7. Data subject rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection over your data by writing to privacy@amverico.com. You may also file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority of Law 25,326.
8. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or improper disclosure. Transmission is carried out over encrypted connections (TLS).
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The date of the last modification appears at the top of the document. Substantive changes will be communicated through the site and, where appropriate, by email.
